I have to say, again, how outstanding this series is.
I think Link TV is the ONLY CHANNEL in the whole USA that educates the American people about the ordinary and EXTRAORDINARY history, culture, life, customs, wishes of the Middle/Near East and Asia.
Americans desperately need to know more about the planet and its people.
The mainstream media SHOULD show more of these for the American people.
Outstanding Link! A+++++++!

The composer's name is Rob Hauser and his e-mail address is rob.hauser@wanadoo.fr

Trails from the East director Rob Hof sent an e-mail copying Rob Hauser, so he'll probably be expecting a note.

Best,

Neil Sieling

Thanks Link, for showing this outstanding series.
Every episode just drives home,EVEN more, how we should be changing, and instead of fighting each other, due to the GREED OF OUR Government we should BE REJECTING their 'call to corporate arms'and saying,"NO,THERE MUST BE A PEACEFUL WAY TO SOLVE THIS"!
PAY ATTENTION TO THE PEOPLE!
Thanks!

Great programme following the journey through Syria/Turkey.Mentioning all those places and stopping at very ancient and poignant places.
Very near to the anniversary of the Armenian Christian Genocide of 1915,and even travelling through some of the sad ghostly areas, towns, villages, where SO MANY of the Armenians were murdered,OR SAVED FROM DEATH by brave, kind,Turkish families(like the brave German families who sheltered the Jewish refugees later).
The first Genocide of the 20 Century, and the train now rides so peacefully through, past the fields and river beds, ditches, green grown-over mass grave-sites, on THE VERY SAME RAILWAY that saw so much sadness in 1915,and AGAIN in WW2.
It was wonderful to hear the conversations, opinions of the various passengers.
Shows like this BRING IT HOME TO all ordinary citizens of EVERY Nation how we are ALL so similar essentially.
Wonderful people and places, and rich AND sad history.

This is a wonderful series and every episode has reminded me so much of my travels.
The one shown recently travelling through Iran,"Land of the Ayatollahs" was superb.
It showed the many different aspects of lives in Iran.
Those happy to stay and in tune with the life and those desperate to leave to find something different, more fulfilling perhaps.
Great Show and the variety of interviewees was very broad.
Good show! Link!
Thanks.
