AIG is a sinking Titanic,it cannot be LUCRATIVELY salvaged,so to throw MORE tax-payers dollars(freshly printed,very deflated)is LUDICROUS.
AIG,should BE NATIONALISED, to protect ALL the ordinary Americans who are covered by it.PROTECT THE PEOPLE FIRST,then the company!
Then,like all FAILED businesses declare bankruptcy,call in the receivers/auditors,salvage what's solvent,freeze all the executive bonuses,and dump the DEAD WEIGHT(including the CEO's).

THEN,they can DISSOLVE the TREASURY/RESERVE and FIRE ALL THE CROOKS who got us into this mess,INSTEAD OF PROMOTING THEM and GIVING THEM BILLIONS in bonuses they have not DESERVED because of POOR JOB PERFORMANCE.
We reward people FOR FAILING????
WHY should ONE guy(Paulsen)get a 38 million PERSONAL BONUS for leaving his company(G/S)20 BILLION in the RED,THEN go on to run the US Treasury?
Then,Geithner(protege of Rubin,whose resume is really LACKING in GOOD job performance)is s-elected to come in AFTER HIM?
