Non-lethal weapon which includes 1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and 2) a Silent Sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals.NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages.

Funny... people win Pulitzers for exposing NSA Spying... but people who are spied upon, and harassed (just like the Church Committee summation concluded) tell other people that they're one of the ones, and they treat you like you're crazy.

The Federal Government passed a law allowing the targeting of American Citizens - for reasons of national security - by intelligence personnel for the purpose of training psyops agents. No FISA Court, nothing, just arbitrary selection. Talk about loopholes that allow the government to attack dissidents.
