Hi everyone! I think 'LinkTV',IS A GREAT CHANNEL!
It really gives you the feeling, that you are watching and listening to the world, and untainted by Corporate bias and 'spin'.
And,it treats the viewers as if they really DO,still have a brain in their heads!
This morning I watched 'Democracy Now', with Norman Solomon discussing his new movie-documentary,"War Made Easy". The truth may not be pleasant, but it's better than a 'sweet-tasting' LIE! And heck,we can take it!
I ended up ordering 2 DVD'S of 'War Made Easy',one in honor of Cindy Sheehan,who(well-deservedly)announced her sabbatical fom public protest against the occupation of Iraq.
The other reason being, that I do NOT believe that people should be "Dying For a Lie"(Bill Moyer)!
Whatever the Nationality or creed, there's no honor in instigating death and harm,ON THE BASIS OF LIES! That's not grassroots!
I write to my Senators, frequently,to voice my opinions of their actions,as OUR representatives.I even suggested they watch LinkTV and it's documentaries(yeh right!)to remind them we are not all just hooked on 'American Idol'!
I will continue to watch, and support,LinkTV,an cross my fingers that it doesn't do a 'PBS' and turn 17% Corporate!
Time for tea!
'Hello,Bon Jour,Buenos Dias,Salaam-u-alakum,Chow', to everyone out there!

I really like this feature and I LOVE Mosaic and this where I'll be posting my comments as I am hooked on the Middle East.

I love Link TV programming. I am watching the program Transforming Energy. I really liked what was happening in Colorado with article 37. I live in Minnesota and would like to get involved with alerting people to things such as this in my state. Where do I go to find out about bills and actions in my state? I want to be aware and make others aware of how to make things better. Thank you.
