I'm no fan of Hugo, but he's right to ban Coke. I don't know what's in Coke Zero, but corn syrup alone is good enough reason to ban soft drinks. Even if it's made with real sugar it's still poison (slow poison - it may take a while, but will surely kill you, after making you age faster, become obese, and cause diabetes, heart disease, cancer, etc.).

Alcohol, saturated fats, sugar and flour of all kinds should have a huge tax on them to make them luxuries that people consume very seldomly. Tobacco, corn syrup, trans fats, partially hydrogenated oil, preservatives, phosphates, artificial flavors and colors - all this junk should just flat out be banned. These steps alone will solve our "health-care crisis".

We've been lied to big-time: it IS what you eat, not just how much you eat. You can eat all the wild salmon and green vegetables you want and you will not get fat or diseased. Not so with junk food.

It's already killing US,and so many of the USA products are stuffed with these artificial sweetners and it's causing attention-deficit,behavior problems,sleep problems,weight problems,risk of cancer etc etc in our kids especially.
We are so STOKED up on Coke and anything else with ASPARTAME we should be called The United States of Aspartame!
And it will end up killing our kids.
It's even in the water supplies now along with a plethora of other lethal drugs!
the USA must BAN ASPARTAME.
