p.s. Jamal:FLASHBACK: Remember this 2008 article by Sey Hersh in the New Yorker talking about Bush/Cheney funding, through Congress("Gang of 8")and with US tax-dollars,the Sunni Extremists(al-Qaeda,Jundallah Khalid Sheik Moh'd,the Salafis, MEK and Kurdish etc)to infiltrate Iran through Afghanistan/Iraq and destabilise the Shiite Iranian Government? Seeing as the Sunni Extremists consider the Shia to be unbelievers'.
US strategy: Divide the tribes, get them to kill each other and move in and RULE!

This US using/funding of the Sunni Extremists(the ones they alsoblame for 9/11)to upset the Iranian Shia 'applecart' was put in full swing by Bush/Cheney et al early 2007.
Cheney wanted to take the Shia Government out so bad,and then-campaign-runner John McCain's pick for National Security advisor was Scheunemann,a CLOSE ABSOLUTIST NEOCON BUDDY of Addington('King' Cheney's best Sir Galahad).
And the pieces in the Mosaic come together.
Here we go round the mulberry BUSH.....!

Whether Sunni or Shiite both sides should lay down their 'swords' and tribal rivalries and SUBMIT to remembering that they(Sunni-Shia)are just small 'twigs' on the 'branch' of ISLAM!
And that Islam is only one branch of the 'tree' of FAITH in the ONE GOD!
Why argue about twigs when they belong to the same tree? LOL!
Peace,Salaam,Shalom.

Ever since the Iranian revolution stunned the world in 1979, the Arab world, or at least the Arab regimes and their allies in the West, have been obsessing over Iran's "exporting of the revolution" and the implications it would have on the Arab world. Eventually, this obsession manifested itself into a Sunni-Shi'a divide. Rumors and speculations quickly spread across the Arab world about the Islamic Republic's plans to spread Shi'ism across the Middle East, hence terminologies such as, "Shi'a Revival" and "Shi'a Crescent" have emerged, fueling fear and suspicion amongst Arabs across the region.
