Or the COMPUTER LANDFILLS THE US is building near the slums of India.

And Ghana has JUST DICOVERED NEW OIL Fields too(hence Obama's recent trip to Ghana not Kenya).
I think if I were the Ghanaan President,I would only offer the UK oil contracts conditional on whether they CLEAN UP THE COMPUTER CR**!
