And I must remind Obama,not that he needs it,but he needs to KNOW that:
WE THE PEOPLE know the TERMS of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

The US and IRAN are both SIGNATORIES of the NNP TREATY.
And under ARTICLE 4 the USA is OBLIGED,REPEAT OBLIGED,to assist Iran with any DOMESTIC NUCLEAR ENERGY PROGRAM IT WISHES TO DEVELOPE.
In fact,the WHOLE point of the Treaty is to:
-Enable the treaty memebers to witness first-hand(by ASSISTING AND FUNDING)each others domestic nuclear programs,
-and that the processes and equipment(tubes,centrifuges,amount and type of raw uranium etc) COMPLIES WITH THE REGULATIONS of the Treaty.
The terms of the Treaty are the FAIL-SAFE to abuse!

Iran should help the US with domestic nuclear energy program,just as WE SHOULD BE ASSISTING THEM DIRECTLY,thereby being actual witness to the fact that NOTHING AGAINST THE TREATY is being done!
The best way for the USA to make sure that Iran never attempts a NUCLEAR BOMB is to DO WHAT THE NNP TREATY SAYS: assist Iran with developement and funding and be party to regular IAEA inspections.
And stay away from 'independent Chalabi-Cabal type intel' which we know now is DANGEROUS HOGWASH but only after HUNDREDS OF thousands of lives are already lost and US prestige and integrity LOST for good!
Iran is STILL under heavy sanctions and therefore considered to be a DEVELOPING NATION,therefore the terms of the NNP Treaty OBLIGE us to assist Iran in it's DOMESTIC ENERGY PROGRAM,with the IAEA,as a developing Nation.

The new IAEA Chief is absolutely correct.

Of course the ONLY ONE 'FLY-IN-THE-OINTMENT'is ISRAEL,as usual!
Israel is not a member of the NNPT,therefore it HAS NO LEGITIMATE SAY,on what the US and Iran do about their own nuclear programs.
And,Israel is,and has been a ROGUE NUCLEAR STATE which has being PROLIFERATING NUCLEAR WEAPONS FOR DECADES ALREADY,to where it has approximately 200 nuclear warheads plus CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL AND MINIATURE FISSION WEAPONS.
ALL ILLEGAL!
And Israel is SO PARANOID and so ARROGANT that it will not tolerate an Islamic nation having nuclear weapons which isn't deemed to be a "friend'to the"West",(of which Israel is no part anyway).
Of course,we all know how fickle the term"friend" is,and how quickly it can change
into "enemy" should it decide to disagree with the USA,and 'upset' the bully-boy Israel.
So Obama, re-read your NNP Treaty(you can borrow my copy if you have lost yours)and acknowledge and RESPECT the terms of INTERNATIONAL TREATIES!
If Israel doesn't like it----THEN STOP THE CHECKS TO THEM.
THEY CAN FLY SOLO!
Obama! You promised us MUTUALLY,RESPECTFUL DIPLOMATIC DIALOGUE with Iran.
You want to make sure Iran doesn't abuse it's power then OBEY THE TERMS OF THE NNPT,especially ARTICLE 4!
Iran is entitled to a DOMESTIC NUCLEAR ENERGY PROGRAM JUST AS WE ARE.
