For a start the people responsible for this abuse of sterilization protocol need to be arrested and charged for not doing their job(by law) properly and neglecting to sterilize SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS to the required standards.
Allowing this lapse in staff responsibility is CRIMINAL.
Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease is the human-strain of MAD-COW DISEASE,for god's sake.
Whether the risks to these patients/people is low OR NOT this exposure through lack of CDC/HEALTH protocol is CRIMINALLY digraceful.
This is a debilitataing,dementative and fatal disease and all because some STAFF didn't STERILIZE PROPERLY or were TOO lazy to follow prophylactic protocol.
