The rule of law has been broken by our leaders one too many times to truly believe in it. Mankind makes rules as guidelines and then sets them up as abstract gods. This is not a realistic way for humans to live, but a great way to set yourself up for rule by AI.

In America there are thousands of laws, all written in lawyer-speak. How many do you know and how many can you understand even when reading them?

Good article. The reason they need such drastic safety measures is the dirty way our government and businesses have acted for over a century. It is their system they need to protect most, not the average American. And they look on the American people as potentially the greatest threat. Rule of a large group by a small one will end up this way, enforcing of their will upon the masses. The more a population is subject to control the less they can function for themselves. Pharma and spy tech are the new approaches, the subject-population we are becoming/never outgrew is a very old one.

I still believe in the Rule of Law and the Constitution and as a citizen of the USA I will defend it against ANY President who tries to PIMP IT OUT to meet PRIVATE CORPORATE PROFIT AGENDAS.
