The Govt will offer them a clean slate if they go and fight in Afghanistan/Pakistan because the Govt knows that most won't come back to 'sin' again or claim welfare(they hope anyway).These 'criminals',many of them black,brown,yellow etc are expendible!
Obama won't put in a draft unless he wants a US revolt,so how do you boost the Army on the AFPAKIRAQ ground?
Empty the prisons,illegal immigrants into Army conscription(cannon-fodder)and stick a gun in their hands and a promise of clean-slate or residency if they get back alive(albeit insane or missing a limb or two).
Obama knows that NATO is pulling out.He can't continue AfPakIraq without more uniforms on the ground along the Eurasian pipeline.
Many of these people in US prisons are there far ridiculously petty crimes under racial profiling.

Gee, What are they going to do for work? I guess its time to clean my guns...! I think they are doing the same thing in Calif--letting several hundred prisoners out early. I think the draft should be reinstated-

As Michigan is closing multiple prisons throughout the state, they
are subjecting level 1 security prisoners with level 5 prisoners, putting
risk for possible riots, etc from the inmates. Why? One good possiblity
could be to get more negative publicity of how bad it is to let out the
early released prisoners, and the closing of prisons acrossed Michigan to
house Guatomano terrorists. A Judge in California ordered 40,000 prisoners
to be released, and Michigan is looking to take on the terrorists. In the
mean time, there are low risk prisoners housed in the same cells as the High
risk prisoners. I feel this needs to be looked into, and investigated more thoroughly.
