It was the CIA that was the first ones in there in Oct 2001 with $3 MILLION bucks(okayed by Georgie-Porgy) to pay off Afghan warlords like Abdul Rashid Dostum to round up "the Taliban",which of course meant anyone Dostum wanted to or had a grievance against himself.
The VERY FIRST US death there was one of those 2 CIA guys that flew in before the Delta Forces and Rangers etc.
And the very first US "detainee"(001) at Bagram/Gitmo was US CITIZEN John Walker Lindh and he wasn't even fighting Americans,he was there to fight the equally corrupt Northern Alliance.
If only the CIA had taken OBL out in 95 when he was in the Sudan as requested by the Sudanese Government(who were sick of him).Maybe 9/11 might never have happened....but.....
So as well as these US private mercenaries,there are bound to be some CIA there in the brand-spanking new Embassy,lol.

If these guys are US mercenaries(or foreign sub-cons)there is NOTHING undercover about these thugs.
They function on image,muscle and fear and have no interest in 'undercover'.They wear their thuggery on the sleeves,like they display their weapons.
