His guy has a long history of renal problems,kidney stones,diabetes,he would have to SPEND a lot of time in a hospital in Pakistan or the Persian Gulf coast to get the regular RENAL dialysis,medications,operations,amputations even,needed to keep his system rinsed and pumping.
