It's about time the American people held their "FEDERAL" public servants down at the Reserve/Treasury accountable and saw the PUBLICALLY OWNED ACCOUNT BOOKS and how they have been looting/embezzling off-shore to foreign tax-free bank accounts ALL OF AMERICAS WEALTH(what's left of it).
Of course,then the Bill has to get through the Senate where there are MORE LOOTERS and Corpora-tutes,who are more loyal to their TAX-FREE kivk-backs than to the 300 MILLION American people.
