This "dude"( a man)sitting doing nothing visibly illegal is surrounded by 8 HUGE,FAT COPS and is TASED whilst sitting there.No resisting,not be objectionable etc etc.

I don't know what circumstances led to the tape,or the need to Tase(ELECTROCUTION) OFFENSIVELY the resident(the 8 COPS certainly were NOT in any danger)but the whole thing stinks of ignorance,brutality and citizen negligence and ignorance by thhose damn people recording the whole event.
