8 hour work paradigm is bullcrap. Make it 4 hour periods with alternate 2. Make it all base lvl sustainability and free time. This will allow more jobs as well, for more will go around with fewer hours. Productivity drops at the end 6 hours for most people I have observed. The poor need time to exist and come to peace, or they will show you death, again. Read your history! This whole species needs to get OFF THE GRID of world economy. Everything needs to be localized at this point or we will end with even one large volcano eruption and the winters that follow. The possibility of methane in the oceans escaping and what this may do to ships and planes traversing through this will make world travel an iffy thing. Cut costs for the living conditions, make life affordable and easy to travel and change locations. This is how we come to know and love this Great Land Of Ours.
