Well, looking at the history of the UN since the first VETO made by the USA regarding Rhodesia(but really to protect Israel under similar circumstance),it looks like the BEST WAY TO CELEBRATE UN DAY is for all good-conscience,law-abiding world citizens to SIT BACK AND DO NOTHING! Just like the United Nations,when it comes to Israel's deplorable and ILLEGAL actions against all their neighbours since 1948.

Maybe our US government should just make a BIGGER joke of it,and a greater insult to Human Rights and accountability for international WAR CRIMES by occupying nations,and call it 'Happy VETO DAY'?
Only the US Government could turn its own creation(the UN)into a hypocritical,cheap soap-opera JOKE,evidenced by its history of the double-standard VETO.
No wonder our US national/international integrity,and global image is doomed and our laws,ethics and morals driven into the dirt by those US 'statespersons'who remain more loyal to FOREIGN institutions than our own American ones and at the same time grind our own American VALUES,PRINCIPLES,DEMOCRACY and obeyance to the Constitutional Rule of Law,into the dirt.
