All charges against Qahtani were dropped because none of the 'confessions' wewre admissable in court due to EXTREME TORTURE METHODS by CIA and US military MP's.
So,Mr Holder and Pressie Obama,what do you intend to do about Mr.Qahtani?
Innocent until proven Guilty in a court of law by one's PEERS?
Or left to rot with the iguanas on Gitmo?
Must be very embarrasssing to have someone in Gitmo,who the US only suspect was a potential hijacker,but nothing was ever proved,DESPITE unspeakable TORTURE,cruel and inhuman,degrading punishment and humiliation,at the hands of AMERICANS.
