Yes! In the 'only Democracy' in the Middle East,with the "most moral Army"(Shimmy Peres),Israel still manages to keep 12 THOUSAND DETAINEES including women,children and elderly locked away in detention camps and secret prisons were torture is still practised by Israeli Mossad,Shin Bet(Shabak),IDF and Mistavarim etc.
And what are the 'crimes' of these THOUSANDS of people?
Often,just being Palestinian,just being Muslim or Christian Arabian and for just DEFENDING/FIGHTING FOR what has been stolen from them for sixty++ years through Israel occupation,land-theft,bigotry,racism and attack,after attack,humiliation and insult and collective punishment and atrition.
Oh yes! We remember the concentration camps and the Warsaw Ghetto from WW2.
And we are reminded of it every time we see Israel and the policies it chooses,and actions it takes,toward its non-Jewish neighbours over and over again.
No wonder much of the World Jewry is ashamed or embarrassed by Israel and will not accept Israel as the voice,or example of world Judaism.
