Whenever Goldman Sucks is around there will be looting,pillaging,privatising of the profits and bury the Greek population in the USUROUS CONDITIONAL DEBT they will never get out from under,without complying with US(IMF)economic dictates.
US 'help' usually comes with conditions of:
-an increase in US military presence in the assisted nation,and
-private US contractors,and
-compulsion to buy US weapons.
