No surprise in that,even it remains CRIMINALLY obnoxious extortion,and misappropriation, of international donor funds meant for a man-made humanitarian crisis of bigotry and ethnic/sectarian persecution and genocide in Darfur,NOT the man-made humanitarian crisis of bigotry,apartheid,ethnic/sectarian persecution and genocide in Palestine and the occupied terror-tories.
That is assuming that the donors,to the Drafud Aid Fund,sincerely thought it would all go to Darfur refugees suffering under internationally sponsored terrorism?
Hmmmmm! Makes one wonder where the aid money for HAITI will end up too?
Because it certainly won't go to the majority of the Haitian population.
It will probably go toward strengthening the Army,building a new PALACE(with a spanking new US base/embassy/CIA office attached,lol)and some nice new hi-tech shanty-huts for the 'locals'to be confined to for another century of indentured servitude.
