In memory of all the thousands of people he murdered or tortured,I have two words....

Funeral with "full MILITARY honours"? Well that's appropriate for a CRUEL military dictator.
"Honours"? Nah! I would say just dump his body for the sharks,BUT our beautiful oceans are polluted enough already. I hope they freeze his family financial assets and return it to the poor people! But....
