If Senator John Conyers of the Judiciary Committee REALLY cares about protecting the Federal Rights of American Citizens he REALLY must push hard to make sure the Federal Department of Justice is ONCE AGAIN returned TO THE American people for the BENEFIT of the people,after too many years of Voters rights being raped and abused whilst in the nefarious hands of The Republican National Committee.
Conyers is ALREADY fully aware,thanks to people like Greg Palast and HIS PROOF ON PAPER, that there are some in the Republican party who ALREADY should be IN JAIL for felonies such as:
-Eletion Fraud,
-Voter Caging,Purging and racial/ethnic discrimination,
-Absentee vote negation and abuse,(often voters serving,and getting killed,in the military),
-"challenging"without warrant or valid excuse,innocent voters who turn out to vote.
I have a high respect for prosecutors like David Iglesias who REFUSED to go along with voter-caging,knowing it was against true justice and Americans right to vote.
Senator Conyers,if you ARE still loyal to American citizens(which I believe you are)BEFORE partisan politics,do THE RIGHT THING and make sure that each vote is FEDERALLY PROTECTED by a NON-partisan Federal Department of Justice of,by and FOR the people.Because,without the people YOU don't have a job!
Get rid of'black-box'rigged machines,and the harassing,stalking of voters.
And,when I cast my vote I want a paper ballot WITH a receipt to prove that my vote went to MY choice of candidate. Those paper ballots with receipts are legal documents that should be FEDERALLY COUNTED and RECOUNTED if anything smells illegally and unfairly 'OFF'! Keep it simple,KEEP IT HONEST!

What is one/two weeks of patient waiting if the voters know that ALL VOTES HAVE BEEN COUNTED correctly? I would wait that long if it meant that the result was the PEOPLES choice,clean and above board and irrefutable.
Do the people in ANY precinct,State etc want their precious vote to be 'Florida-zized',that's just flat out ILLEGAL!!!! Companies like Diebold etc should be blacklisted and lose their license,due to election fraud/corruption.
It amazes me that people in Los Angeles didn't do more to DEFEND their votes,and ensure a valid 2nd count.
Corruption FEEDS on indifference and laughs in the face of Democracy!

Almost the same thing happened in Los Angeles, mysteriously they lost (didn't count) several thousand votes...I know my vote wasn't counted... I think If they actually counted each vote, it would take a couple of weeks, instead of one or two days.

There is something very dirty,corrupt and suspicious going on in some New YORK precincts where Diebold etc machines 'TALLIED' the votes for Barack Obama at ZERO?????
Sorry, but in any area where Obama is EXTREMLEY popular with the grass roots voters this is NOT feasible and stinks to high heaven!
"Zero" therefore means,to me,that peoples VOTES are NOT BEING COUNTED,rather DISGARDED illegally! This is totally contraindicated to TRUE DEMOCRACY,The Bill of Rights and The Constitution!!
Just throw these stinking pre-rigged machines on the rubbish-heap where they belong,and sue the companies for corruption and UN-Constitutional behaviour.
And in ANY precincts,NOT JUST NEW YORK,make sure EVERY single vote is COUNTED,as it should be!
These votes MUST be taken again ON PAPER,with strict neutral policing,to honour and the votes of EVERY PERSON and ENSURE that EACH vote is RECORDED correctly,COUNTED apiece and tallied validly!
Otherwise New York will be a 2008 version of the frarce in Florida.
