No gardener,sorry to disappoint you,but that wasn't an earth-made satellite.
It was an alien mother-ship returning from the far-away galaxy Clonus Arseolus,coming to collect the alien-humanoid clones that have been here,on earth,since the late 1920's ++ approx.
The functioning mechanisms,of these said alien-clones are so out-dated,faulty and infected that the alien clone-master is concerned they may ENDANGER or contaminate the whole universe!
We simple humans know them as 'rinkey Dick' Cheney,Karl'raving'Rove,Donald 'duck' Rumsfeld et al and any other White House 'occupiers' who seem to have been acting WIERD or apparently malfunctioning beyond humanoid recognition.
The only problem was, all those Clonus Arseolians refused to go home to their planet Anus Horribilis, because they are having such a 'cosmic ball' on our planet earth messing with OUR BRAINS,natural resources and civilization as we MAY WANT it to be!
So,the media had to pretend it was some sort of ordinary earth satellite gone beserk,which gave them chance to play 'big chief/wee chief' for Iran and Russia etc,at the same time,under present circumtances.
And the Mother-ship?
Well,that might try to return at the next full earth-lunar eclipse,IF THEY can find a parking space on Diego Garcia where the alien-humanoids HAVE to be waiting at ETA. LOL!
P.S. I wonder which 'disposable' people/creatures populate these "unpopulated areas" where the debris is due to 'float down' like acid-rain?

A successful implosion of another broken billion dollar piece of technicnology. The [precious four star general says that most of the deb re will end up in the ocean--"in unpopulated areas". Well, so much for the environment. Tons of chemical deb re raining down on places that don't matter. So, much for the already hurting ocean life. But who cares, it was a successful hit at approx 10:30pm last evening.

"Star wars" testing are we? Boy, that was a nice trillion dollar waist of the middle class tax money... I guess that recent flight to the One World space station really helped huh? And just what are they doing up there that "they" aren't telling us about---my guess is -- anything they want since there are no laws to follow in space...
