Well, check some of these sites out.

Here's one on Paraguay. http://www.counterpunch.org/lindorff05032008.html

Did you know that Paraguay has no extradition treaty with any nation on earth?
George Bush has purchased a 100,000 acre ranch there. Why, he'll be neighbors to at least three or four other war criminals and dictators!

Check this one out about the US covert war against Iran:

How old are any of us? have we forgotten everything? I am 43, and I can remember the illegal invasion and carpet-bombing of Cambodia and the secret atrocities we committed in Laos, all because we were trying to shore up a corrupt and incompetent regime in South Vietnam.

Maybe Maliki's government should hire Vietnamese ex-ARVN soldiers to train his army- why they could teach them valuable survival skills- how to take bribes and shakedown merchants, how to sell drugs and prostitutes to American soldiers, and how to navigate boats and airplanes away from their native land when the regime inevitably falls, which will be anywhere from 24 hours to two weeks after the Americans leave.

Wars, like all diseases, spread!

I agree with Bikerbilly- ideology is a nasty thing, no matter what. And the Bible? Mostly ranting and raving about ideas, except that one bit from Jesus about loving one's enemies...

Zionists, Neo-cons, Palestinians, islamists, they all fight over religious ideaology. There can never be peace between religious humans. As long as humans believe their creator gives them the right to oppress or kill those who don't believe as they do, there will never be peace. As long as there is self-righteous, self-serving religious practices in any form, there will be war and terror. I think religion is a psychological means of population control as it drives its followers to kill their neighbors with abscence of conscience. So why worry about war and oppression just accept it as a God-given flaw of humanity that keeps the world from over-flowing population.

Sorry . I meant to say are not Israel. Which leads to the assumption that there are
fakers. And who protects them? Who are they in allegiance with?

John Pilger`s expose on the Queens decree to ban the people of the Chagos Islands
from ever going back home. Brings to mind, the King James version of the bible being compiled by kingly authority, and being the revered version by this society. In that,it is designed to sway people to respect the soveriegnty of the British empire. Who then are we in allegiance to? Who is our army ruled by?
Who do`es our armies protect?. I see a lot of antichrist. In this society. And the bible says all that call that call themselves Israel are Israel. I see a lot of the fakers. In my Diaglot which is a translation from the early greek of the new testament. To worship God men fall prostrate on their face to Him. Other than muslims .Do any other`s?

Jeez Loch!
God forbid ALL of your options especially the one on martial law! Hell Fire, that would put Dick Cheney in charge of the country whilst Bush is 'spirited away' on Airforce One,and he's a bigger cold-hearted Nazi bast*** than Bush could EVER hope to be!
Under martial law,all those concentration/detention camps in the southern US states with railroad car ('ala' shackles)facility attached, you know the ones being completed by Halliburton RIGHT NOW,would be filled with, foreign nationals and any American who merely BLINKED in dissent to the Bush Manichean Impotent Doctrine.
Except I don't think Americans would remain so apathetic.
Even though the admin. and media, are trying to sell EXACTLY the same argument against Iran now, almost word for word, just different names,as they did with the invasion of Iraq,WMD's,and 'brotherly-love' bullsh** between Saddam and Bin Laden etc, to the American people, we are still seething with the blatant lies and abuse of the Constitution,Bill of Rights,FISA etc displayed by our very own administration within the last 5 years and ONGOING, to be so easily sold down the river of amorality again. Americans already feel like they are living with the KGB,ISI or Mossad!
It won't 'wash' a second time Dubya, not unless you want a national revolution and a citizen storming of the 'bastille' White House?

Peace,Salaam,Shalom!

Condoleeza Rice and Geo. Bush state their certainty that there will be peace in Palestine, complete with a defined Palestinian state, and a signed peace treaty, all within the remainder of Bush's term of office- about 8 months.

Very strange... what with the track record of this administration being a big ZERO as far as creating any peace in Palestine so far, the weight of 60 years of failed history concerning peace, and the truly insurmountable obstacles in the pathway...

What can cause such a rosy outlook? Ms. Rice spoke directly to the question, and even stated that she does not base her optimism on mere thoughts or wishes about peace, but alluded to something real and concrete that would bring about such a peace, although she did not elaborate.

Well, what could that, real, concrete, fundamental force be, that would bring about a peace between Israel and Palestine, in just eight short months???

How's about a war, in which the sponsors of the Palestinian resistance, Iran and Syria, are destroyed, and the Palestinians as a consequence, are literally starved into submission, forced by growling stomachs and dying babies to sign a peace deal with their Zionist overlords?

The arrival of a carrier task force in the Middle East, the engineering of a world food shortage, the replacement of Admiral Fallon with General Petraeus as CenCom chief, the Syrian nuke "Crisis", the bizarre Golan Heights non-negotiations, the allegations that Iran is funding the Madhi Army, etc, etc, all point to a war with Iran and Syria by the US, with Israeli collusion. Domestic news articles about $10.00/gallon gasoline and ""renewed Al-Quaeda strength" are designed to front-load Americans for the false-flag attack (you read it here and in many other web-sites first!) that will get the war started and the extreme economic dislocation the war will inevitably cause. Also, Israeli warnings of a Hamas attack on Israel's independence day bodes ominously for a Mossad-staged attack just like the recent yeshiva attack, that can be blamed on Hamas.

But ultimately, Bush, Rice, and the rest really are in a fantasy world. It is a dark realm, full of blood and destruction, but it is fantasy nonetheless. The war they envision will not go off as smoothly or completely as they imagine. Eight months is not a long time, certainly not enough time to defeat Iran and bring the Palestinians to their knees...

Unless they plan on using nuclear weapons...or unless they plan on using the war and the "crisis" to suspend the Constitution and declare martial law and the Dictatorship of George Bush, or all of the above.

Truly, I pray, God help us all!
