Yeah, crap does have some good qualities--like fertilizing the ground...to make better and bigger eats. This is a nice forum to be able to "vent"...In a way, I am living in independence --all these guns I inherited from my uncle don't necessarily have to be 'register' because of where I live. Although, I don't like wasting bullets, so i won't be making any noise tonite.

I think the one world leader is going to have his hands full when he is finally revealed and everything is dumped on him to "fix".

Anyway,why should anyone,regardless of race or ethnicity,celebrate "Independence" today.As much as we have to be proud of,we have as much to be ashamed of TOO!

National health care is hopeful, but as I have be told, you can hope in one hand and crap in the other and see which one gets filled first!!
I have decided to contend, being, working safe as I am able for as long as I able, then I'll hire someone to knock me off with one of my arsenals and bury my body one this piece of cursed federal land that I now reside!! I have decided to soak Indian Health Inc for everything I can get from them...until I become a worthless old horse. After all, they shot horses don't they?
BTW, my zucchini squashes are a lot bigger than the cucumbers!

Don't let them know that you have a bountiful,luscious crop of fruits,veggies etc in your yard! They'll accuse you of delibarate 'BACK-BREAKING' aggravating activities,which YOU have inflicted upon yourself,thereby exacerbating your accidental injuries! LOL!
Of course you could argue BACK that your gardening is your personal form of calisthenics,or yoga,(recommended by your doctor(or personal trainer LOL!) in an attempt to strengthen and tone your physical,mental and spiritual form toward rehabilitation of the WHOLE being?
If they don't believe you,hey,just pick up your biggest cucumber,wave it at them and say,"Up yours buddy"! LOL!
You should know by now that you gotta be either 6 gasping steps from your coffin or have a healthy 'heart-beat' in your bank account(I mean 'pumping'!)to get good health care. LOL!
They like people WHO die,not CLAIM! LOL!
Life insurance,on the other hand,like people who PAY and NOT die!
That's why WE NEED a one-payer/National health care system,pronto.
Where EVERYONE,regardless of class status is entitled to,AND GETS,health care,for diagnosed and treatable ailments from HEAD TO TOE.You get regular blood/physical checks too! And x-rays/scans prn.
The system has it's flaws too,obviously,like a little extra waiting time for planned surgeries etc,but you can bet your cucumbers EVERYONE gets a bed and a doctor and care!
Followed up by regular Dr's appointments and therapies for ongoing,chronic ailments,until deemed stable enough to be independant.
And emergency care is still triage based just as PRIVATE health care is SUPPOSED to be(wink wink).
Just make sure that no insurance company can say your gardening activities are SELF-INFLICTED 'torture' and not positive calisthenics LOL!

Ahhh, yes, Those mind bogglers are really putting on a good show in these final months of their regime. Bush boy and all his cronies are doing such a wonderful jog or job fighting for that all mighty "democracy", doing things to try to convince us that they really care. ha. Speaking of "health care", I recently tried to obtain "health care" from three top of the line companies. After receiving the third denial, I realized that the "health care" system only wants to deal with people who are well, and do not having pre-existing conditions like a screwed up spinal cord obtained from a car accident. Now, I have to convince the poor man's place of health care - Loma Linda University Medical clinic that I really do have a problem that I need taken care of. At least I won't starve to death...

And they expect me to even want to vote in this upcoming "election" being treated like a second class citizen because I can't get real health insurance?

Well, forgive my ranting, I don't expect raves.

it boggles the mind,regarding the rampant irresponsibility of many of our leaders, in politics, in colleges, in the think tanks, in the highest vestiges of our all forms of governments from local, state and national, including the media (of whom i choose to place much blame on) that very few chose to speak out publically regarding our nation's direction and policies...
i believe those people whom are being paid very generiously have simply chose to bury their collective heads, because, and when you recall geo.bush relaying to america on one of his infamous chats with us, of "how hard it is" to govern this country.....well of course it is.. that is precisely why it is so necessary to surround yourself and administration with the best possible people to do the damn job.!
and conversely cannot place much responsibility on the american people, especially to those lower on the food chain, deplorable wages, lack of health care, in many families working two or more jobs, the monumental amount of stress, the dumbing down of our educational system for the last 30 years...most frankly just didn't know any better and in defense of my fellow citizen, if they knew better they would do better...we have been lied to, taken advantage of, maligned and robbed of our once great country....we have been hijacked of our once dependable election system which has been corrupted, the presidency stolem from us....it's frankly quite debilitating for the average citizen to cope under these extreme conditions, now all of a sudden like an addict we are expected on our own to wean ourselves from our so-called extravagant lifestyle, when on a nightly basis, to numb ourselves from the exploding arrogance and hypocracy of selling the american dream on the tube has become the american nightmare, and that my fellow citizens is the reality.

I reckon the Dems and Repubs have worked out a mutual agreement between themselves,over the last 3 decades-ish.
They have agreed that the Repubs,when in office,will start the wars,rachet up the National debt,make the rich wealthier and do any OTHER DIRTY DEED 'NECESSARY'.
Then the Dems come in and work out the peace agreements,bring home the troops,tighten up the taxes,refill the National coffers and do all the 'CLEAN' DEEDS.LOL!
A bit like,the Repubs have agreed to play the devil(sinners) and the Dems have agreed to look like God(saints).
As long as they get equal fiscal profits at the end of every 4 year term,LOL!

I reckon both our hawks and Israel's hawks know,that to make the first move on Iran would be devastating to our future in the WHOLE Middle East,North Africa and Persian Gulf reverberating through Europe and Asian region.
Even though Cheney has his sights on a Persian Gulf war 3,it would be devastating to US AND ISRAEL,industrially,economically,culturally AND DIPLOMATICALLY.
You think oil is EXPENSIVE now,you wait until Iran,under attack,decides to BLOCKADE the Gulf of Hormuz etc, and all Saudi oil is blocked for sailing out,despite the ever present U.S. Naval 5th Fleet.
And again the oil profits go into the pockets of Bush/Cheney oil-execs and the House of 'happy Wahaabi' Saud, LOL!
What is most heinous behind all the drum-beating is the apparent TOTAL DISREGARD, of all three administrations(U.S.Israel and Iran)toward their responsibility as public servants,and 'leaders' of their citizenries,all of whom will end up as cannon-fodder in a vast field of UN-necessary bloodshed.
If they(Bush,Cheney,Olmert)are merely posturing and flexing muscle at Iran,they are doing it AT OUR EXPENSE! Which is another crime against their DEMOCRATIC oath of office to "protect and defend",preferring rather to NEGLECT AND OFFEND the American AND ISRAELI people.
Iran has NO nuclear weapons,has not attacked any other nation in centuries and have complied with NATO regulations and come up empty(in evidence) in NIE investigation.
