Remember,the EU often assist to begin 'incidents' to deflect the instigation of same,from us. And visa versa.
And,you may have forgotten,that in the Persian Gulf,sits our 'itty-bitty' proud US Naval 5th Fleet,The COMNAVCENT,with those 'gorgeous' nuclear air-craft carriers,cruise-ships(not tourist ones either)and sub-marines! You know,the ones that are PERMANENTLY based there,off the sunny coast of Baha-rain! Or haven't you been there lately? lol!

Whatever happens to the EU in those Persian/Arabian waters,effects US TOO!
If you are aware that Russia does business with Iran,then you know,also,that what effects the EU,EFFECTS Uncle Sam! LOL!
Our Navy boys and girls deal with those pesky speed boats EVERY DAY,as routine,and know that most of them just tease the Fleet,and are unarmed except for a tongue out or a raised middle-finger! lol!

Are they(EU)'fishing' for an ACT OF WAR here,if Iran says "stay away from OUR ships IN OUR waters"? VERY DODGY!

You know this could really pi** off Russia too,because they have a lot of business tied up with Iran.
