May he rest in Peace.

As for EuskalHeria distorted and hateful comments, it is obvious that you do not know the Palestinian people to write, "hatred for Jews and Christians" when the Palestinians are both Christians and Muslims. Some of their most important figures are Christians: the late Dr. George Habach founder of the PLFP, well known writer Prof. Edward Said, Palestinian legislater Hanan Ashrawi and the list is long. But again you do not have a brain of your own that you have to cut and paste from the writings of Daniel Pipes.I recommend you read the book "the Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine" by Ilan Pappe, an Israeli historian http://www.amazon.com/Ethnic-Cleansing-Palestine-Ilan-Pappe/dp/1851684670

It is unfortunate that a man with Mahmoud Darwish's intellect could be trapped in a savage society full of hatred for Jews and Christians. The Palestinians have continually refused to live in peace with Israel and educate their young children to become Jihadis, to murder innocent men, women and children. The fondest hopes for many Palestinians is for their youth to become Shahids, strapping explosives on their bodies to carry out their work of death for Allah. The children are taught in school that Jews are the offspring of apes and pigs, and that Israel must be destroyed. The political parties, Hamas and Fatah, practice hudna with Israel, making peace treaties with no intention of keeping them. They constantly import weapons and the means of making them and use Kassam rockets to terrorize their Israeli neighbors. The Palestinians consider the state of Israel to be a nation of Dar al Harb illegally existing within Dar al Islam, despite the fact that there never was a nation of Palestine. Palestine's Arab neighbors do not want the Palestinian refugees, preferring to keep them living in misery in their refugee camps and stoking their hatred of Israel. What are two of the most popular books translated into Arabic for sale to the Palestinians? Mein Kampf and The Protocols of the Elders of Zion. I truly feel sorry for the people called Palestinians, who have been fed a diet of lies and hatred over the years. May they someday come to a knowledge of the truth.
