That's a tough question, and I guess it depends on what you judge a video by. Here at Link we judge it by several criteria: whether or not the visuals and music are perfectly meshed, the level of visual creativity, and of course, the quality of the music. Keep in mind that a video is not music alone, so the visual end has to be factored in.
