Thanx fer the giggles boyz! Sorry that your freedom doesn,t extend to things that actually matter :[ & that's 'Kernal Tom' to you soldier!
Sh!t to do on another front. see ya in a couple weeks.
Is ‘Gutch 220’ a misspelling of ‘Catch 22.’? --- or is it something less enlightened?
I shall call you Mr. Generic American. (However, .. if there is some group of Americans that you do not speak for.. please list them & I will address them separately.)
When I take the trouble to override the spell-check & use an earlier spelling,.. I thought it would be obvious that the intent was to suggest that time-period’s meaning. I.e.; The misspelling of ‘know’ based words, replacing the ‘k’ with a ‘g’ … renders Gnostic – 0r an enlightenment based knowledge.
Or ‘ph’ on fantasy implies greater tangibility. ( ..of phantoms)
But,.. English is just badly spoken German & I guess one could call American a language if lumped loosely with Ebonics, Pig-Latin & Esperanto.
(Noone trusts a country that spells “honour” without a “u”) Now the sun shines directly on me,.. as it does most men,.. Perhaps in some places it might take a detour through your ass,.. thus creating shadows.
Now Mr. Grassroots,… wake-up you fucking hippy! I accept your cede of point, .. (by choosing to take the cheap shot offered,.. you do not contest my point)
Are you guys so ass-paddled intellectually that you have to check with THE BUREAU OF TRUTH/HOME LAND SECURITY,.. before you form a sentence?
If you are going to ‘ McCarthy’s’ .. pick me up some freedom fries! Would it not have been a more solid statement to mail THE STATUE OF BIGGOTRY back to the French C.O.D.?
Confused? Yes very,.. noone told me that Americans were literate.
And to Grassroots: I meant to write DredOne in my initial post and not your name. You can't edit posts on here. Me and him have been going at it for a bit, while me and you are relatively on the same page.
DredOne just stinks. His perception of the dynamics of DIFFERENT Americans and their goverment is way off. He bunches together every bad aspect of a person, and makes this his fantasy version of 300,000,000 Americans. It's the definition of generalizing a whole population to a fault.
You say that you love your country & its people, but despise the current administration, like these three things are in some way separate articles.
Are you schizophrenic or are you asking the world to dispose of your dictators.
It seems to me that you have a very common mental illness. You are in love with a eutopian phantasy of said things & take no interest in the reality of same.
You are George Bush,.. you are the wage-slave,… you are both the perpetrator & victim of senseless crime. I doubt that the word love has any real meaning,.. in your country: It is merely an article of faith; to be summoned,. Conjured,. & articulated like some perverse Christian mantra,… to avoid ‘the inquisition’.
Shake-off the gnu-speak! (remember when the government penis didn’t occupy your whole brain?) If everything that you have been taught, (down to the meanings of words), is a misrepresentation, fallacy, or out right lie,…. Can you still think?... or are you merely a product of your environment? (See point one.)
--Excuse the candor,.. but my opium crop came in last week & I added some to a vat of fermented oolong sun-tea,.. (20%) … shit goes down smooth & sometimes I get mouthy.
I neither love nor hate america,.. i feel now somewhat indifferent.
I am glad I got to see the "good" America for a few years before it started going to shit. And I'm even happier that I won't be around once it starts to get REALLY bad. I always use the middle-class as a barometer for the state of the USA, and right now it stinks.
Our downfall IMO is having life-long politicians that do what's in the best interest of their party rather than the best interest of the people. In the early days, out founding fathers were not politicians. George Washington was a farmer, Thomas Jefferson was Farmer/Lawyer, Andrew Jackson was a farmer/judge. The point is, these people had their own lives, then served for x amount of years, then left to go back to their normal lives. If you have life-long politicians like today they have too much influence over the long term. I am a firm believer that a goverment should be as small and non-intrusive as possible but these people who are in politics for 50 years need to make the goverment as large as possible to protect their interests (just like any other occupation). But the government can't just be "another occupation". The system is far too covoluted for its own good. Also, just like every other "great empire" throughout history, the only thing that will defeat us is ourselves and we are well on our way to that so I'm glad I'll be dead before that happens.
