Big Kudos to the Presidential/V.P. nominees for the Green Party!!
I just saw Cynthia McKinney and Rosa Clemente giving their speeches on the Free Speech TV showing of the Green Party Convention Night in Chicago(July)!
Very impressive,very down-to-earth,and they reflect the hopes and dreams of SO MANY of Americas majority people.
Such a HUGE PER CENT of Americas ordinary voting population.
Heck, if 80% of OUR NATIONS WEALTH IS GOING TO THE TOP 20% of our population,then you can BET THAT THE GREEN PARTY represents the 80% of Americans who are NOT GETTING WHAT THEY ARE DUE--A FAIR SHAKE! Just a SHAKE-DOWN!!
So,they should have NO PROBLEM,if we ALL GET OUT OUR VOTE,and a few hard earned bucks,for their coffers,in obtaining 5% of the electoral vote,in order to run as MAJOR COMPETITION to the cob-web establishment Republicrats!
In a nation of 300 million people,with EVER CHANGING TIMES, with the Repubs and the Dems almost INDECIPHERABLE in their war-mongering,profiteering policies,I reckon the American people DESERVE another party on the electoral FLOOR.
Clemente and McKinney gave awesome speeches and the people in the audience reflected well the majority of grassroots Americans(not the top 20%).
The Green Party tenets are rooted in turning the power of Democracy BACK TO THE PEOPLE,as per Constitution.It seeks to put PEACE before WAR, justice before corruption,workers rights and a LIVING WAGE,not a comatose one,DECENT EDUCATION FOR ALL.SINGLE-PAYER HEALTH CARE,like most of the rest of western society,and equality for women,as per MOST OF THE REST OF THE WESTERN WORLD! So,why not America,if it's suppose to be the Global mentor THEY TELL US IT IS,why are WE SO FAR BEHIND the rest????
They want to impeach Bush and Cheney AS THEY SHOULD BE,and end the wars in Iraq,Afghanistan and end the drum-beating against Iran and Russia!
Who doesn't want all this? (Besides the Corporations and Washington lobbyists)
Listening to both these ladies speak,and hearing how they want to turn America around to REALITY and away from ever-fading fantasy,I was VERY IMPRESSED!

Tomorrow I shall DEFINATELY donate to the Green Party,because I'm proud to be American,and believe that 300 million people NEED MORE THAN TWO party voices speaking for them.
And, I am sick of seeing the top 20% of our population GET EIGHTY PERCENT of OUR NATIONS wealth!
The party of Good Conscience,Peace and Justice?
Sounds like a GREAT grassroots BASE TO ME!
And all they need is FIVE PER CENT of the National vote! That sounds like a VERY REACHABLE goal!
