The sanitation and general conditions ARE APPALLING.
And these kids are getting RAPED DAILY by the guards(which is ACTUALLY a sin and a crime in Islam,like any other faith or society.
Most of these are Sunni kids in a Shia controlled area!

No wonder things are so quite on the streets and Bush says it's a great success!
All the women,children and sick,are either locked up,beaten up OR DYING!
Disgraceful and Shameful!
