Several years ago Link aired a documentary on an orphanage in Peru. Among other things they were teaching the kids permaculture. They grow most of their own food. The orphanage received neither government funding nor were sponsored by any religious affiliations. I have found a source of seed for them but no longer have the name of the orphanage or the sponsoring foundation. Does anybody have that information?
