Yes! All good references.
It's amazing how,at that time,so MANY people were let down by the so FEW who had their minds and hearts, and personal greed set much further away from the safety and interests of their national,or faith based, peoples.
They were focused more on Imperial global control, land power through theft, and resource theft/monopoly,and mass murder of any 'undesirables' who would/could be an obstacle to their cause/crusade/mission/agenda.
-The Turkish Government did it to the Armenians, staining the face of Turkey,as a whole, undeservedly.
-The minority political Nazi Government managed to smear dirt ALL OVER the general face of Germany as a whole, undeservedly.
-The minority 'Jewish' elitist zionists(Israel)managed to blacken the name of Judaism, undeservedly,in their Near/Middle East assaults and MASSIVE theft of land and resources, which remains ONGOING ILLEGALLY to this day.
-The minority Arab/Muslim factions,
(including the ole' Mufti you mentioned, yeh, he was a REAL 'treasure'.I remember the old jokes of the FUFTI and the MUHRER, lol)
seeking unilateral power and control, stain the image of ALL Arab people in the regions( if not the world as in the case of OBL).
-Even the US Christian zionists who politically embed themselves in Governmental systems in order to abuse/corrupt the power, and usurp the machinery of Congress,Executive,Judiciary to achieve THEIR ends by any means(usually FOUL).
They are all examples of minority PARASTITES infecting the majority HOSTS.
All Judas's or quislings, who end up abusing those who UNKNOWINGLY give them shelter,to continue their selfish, racist, and often bigotted 'missions'.
And we are all left grieving over all MILLIONS of INNOCENT and beautiful lives that are lost/taken/sacrificed BECAUSE of these *******.

[....Edwin Black, of Jewish heritage, an erudite scholar wrote The Transfer Agreement: The Untold Story of the Secret Pact between the Third Reich and Jewish Palestine, published in 1984. Dr. Sybil Milton of the Simon Wiesenthal Center calls it,

a spellbinding, exciting book. This subject has not been previously explored. It adds a significant new dimension to our understanding of this critical era."

Yoav Gelber of the Yad Vashem Israel Holocaust Museum states,

Edwin Black's research is striking in its dimension and scope. The vast uncovering of source material and its extensive use are almost overwhelming. He penetrates deep into the political and economic processes of inter-Jewish relations and into gentile attitudes involving the rescue of Jews from Nazi rule for the benefit of the Zionist enterprise of Eretz Yisrael.

Black focuses primarily on the effects of the Zionist elements among world Jewry which had declared war on Germany by means of a boycott on all German goods.

Although propagandists attempt to dismiss this amazing event as just a newspaper headline, it lead to high level negotiations between the German government and Zionists. Since Jews controlled much of the world's shipping, they could effectively block German commerce. The terms of the Transfer Agreement were that the boycott would end in return to the transfer of German Jews to the Palestine..]

"But probably the most bizarre liaison between Hitlerism and Zionism was in Austria and Hungary, where prominent Jewish leaders actively cooperated with the Nazis in registering the Jewish population and keeping order in the ghettoes, in return for allowing the emigration to Palestine of thousands of young Jewish pioneers. The Nazis even agreed to set up agricultural schools for the would-be emigrants in Austria. This entire affair is described in rhapsodical terms in The Secret Roads by Jon and David Kimche, two prominent British Zionists...."

"Aren't Palestinians as responsible as their leader al-Hajj Amin Hussieni who collaborated with the Nazis during WW II?

Unfortunately, to the Palestinian people this question implies that they should pay the price for the collaboration of a single person with the Nazis! Although there were a minority of Palestinians who collaborated with the Nazis, a whole nation cannot pay the price for the choices of a few. It's not just that the Palestinian people (and most of the Arab countries as well) aided the allies with men and logistical support, they also ignored the call for Jihad, against the Allies, that was declared by al-Hajj Amin in April, 1941 (Righteous Victims, p. 165).

Since the Palestinian people were promised full independence in 1949, and strict limitation on Jewish immigration to Palestine, based on the 1939 White Paper, the Palestinian people had an incentive to help the Allies win the war. It should be noted that several Palestinian brigades were enlisted into the British Army, and the Palestinian resistance to the brutal British occupation almost completely ceased during and after WW II.

In general, the Palestinian people are proud of the fact that they were among the few who did not collaborate openly with Nazis. On the other hand, the peoples and governments of France, Italy, Japan, Romania, Croatia, Chechnya, Bulgaria, Switzerland, ... etc. all collaborated openly with the Nazis. Tragically, many of these peoples and governments happily pointed out their Jewish citizens to the Gestapo. So it's unfair, if not outright criminal, to exploit al-Hajj Amin's conduct in order to eternally condemn the Palestinian people as Nazis, while ignoring the choices made by most European peoples and governments who openly collaborated with the Nazis.

In that regard, it's worth noting that Josef Stalin, the Soviet premier and dictator, forcibly transferred the people of the Caucasus to Siberia as a collective punishment for their collaboration with the Nazis during WWII. However, the same people were allowed to return to their homes in 1958 when the scale of the war crime became known to Khruschev, Stalin's successor in the 1950s. If the people of the Caucasus were allowed to return to their homes under Communist rule, why can't the Palestinian refugees return to their homes under Israeli rule?..."

Looks like the Arabs of Palestine were indeed involved in the Holocaust.

The Mufti and the Führer

By Mitchell Bard

In 1941, Haj Amin al-Husseini fled to Germany and met with Adolf Hitler, Heinrich Himmler, Joachim Von Ribbentrop and other Nazi leaders. He wanted to persuade them to extend the Nazis’ anti-Jewish program to the Arab world.

The Mufti sent Hitler 15 drafts of declarations he wanted Germany and Italy to make concerning the Middle East. One called on the two countries to declare the illegality of the Jewish home in Palestine. Furthermore, “they accord to Palestine and to other Arab countries the right to solve the problem of the Jewish elements in Palestine and other Arab countries, in accordance with the interest of the Arabs and, by the same method, that the question is now being settled in the Axis countries.”1

In November 1941, the Mufti met with Hitler, who told him the Jews were his foremost enemy. The Nazi dictator rebuffed the Mufti's requests for a declaration in support of the Arabs, however, telling him the time was not right. The Mufti offered Hitler his “thanks for the sympathy which he had always shown for the Arab and especially Palestinian cause, and to which he had given clear expression in his public speeches....The Arabs were Germany's natural friends because they had the same enemies as had Germany, namely....the Jews....” Hitler replied:

Germany stood for uncompromising war against the Jews. That naturally included active opposition to the Jewish national home in Palestine....Germany would furnish positive and practical aid to the Arabs involved in the same struggle....Germany's objective [is]...solely the destruction of the Jewish element residing in the Arab sphere....In that hour the Mufti would be the most authoritative spokesman for the Arab world. The Mufti thanked Hitler profusely.2

In 1945, Yugoslavia sought to indict the Mufti as a war criminal for his role in recruiting 20,000 Muslim volunteers for the SS, who participated in the killing of Jews in Croatia and Hungary. He escaped from French detention in 1946, however, and continued his fight against the Jews from Cairo and later Beirut. He died in 1974.

The Husseini family continued to play a role in Palestinian affairs, with Faisal Husseini, whose father was the Mufti's nephew, regarded until his death in 2001 as one of their leading spokesmen in the territories.

I feel that the uncomfortable reality, and a subject which makes people squirm, is that the West has been held hostage and extorted by events that occurred over sixty years ago.

The Arab experience is very different, this holocaust, as we all know and learned about, was part of the western experience. This isn't part of Muslim or Arab history. Given this, it is understandable that there is, by some, a blatant denial of this event. The Arab knowledge of this event is as abstract and obscure as Muslim history is to us.

What do we, as westerners really know? Well, perhaps a vague reference to a Turkish genocide, when...the nils or teens of last century. The point is, it's not part of our historic experience and we're just as ignorant.

The Arab experience of the Holocaust is very different. It's one of the forced removal and persecution of a people, from what they have known to be their country, and the artificial re-population by a another. In their experience, the Palestinian people are the victims.

Civilizations rise and fall, come and go, it's the natural selection of history and it happens over a period of centuries. This is different, however, the very existence of modern Israel is artificial. It didn't come about by the natural decline of a culture and the rise of another. It came about by the forced removal of a people by the entire western world, blinded and hysterical with guilt. It was done on an impulse.

Now, it continues to artificially exist. It's given it's own set of rules of engagement for war. It's continually supported and reinforced like no other country on earth would ever be, all driven by the guilt of a single, tragic event, that is rubbed in the noses of the western world.

Having really no good reason for what we did to the Muslim people, we do what is human nature, when we know we've wronged somebody and filled with the need to justify our own injustice toward other. We demonize them.

The only way that zionist Israel can continue,as by KEEPING ITS NEIGHBOURS IN THESE CONDITIONS.
Israel cannot COMPETE,financially, economically, educationally, scientifically, with ANY of its Arab neighbours WHO are seen to be THRIVING.
The same happened in Lebanon,it was OUTDOING Israel and becoming VERY LUCRATIVE,trade-wise.
So Israel turned it into rubble.
Gaza was doing very nicely considering its prison camp conditions/blockade.
So Israel has to turn it into RUBBLE.
It has destroyed the West Bank by ANNEXING and expanding ILLEGAL SETTLEMENTS/COLONIES,stifling ALL possibility of Arab mobility and independence.
Every time there appears to be SOME SEMBLANCE OF AN INDEPENDENT AND LUCRATIVE PALESTINE,Israel has to smash it to pieces and put innocent people through MORE HELL and WRA CRIMES.
Zionist Israel is dying fast and in DISGRACE,and it knows it.
How pathetic!

Read!Read! Knowledge,of EVERYTHING,is a powerful tool to create fair understanding, empathy, unity and a healthy road to PROGRESS.
That's why European,AND NOW USA professors/academics are seeking a boycott,"cut ties" of academic relations with Israel, while it initiates these constant, terrible, racist, bigotted crimes upon its neighbours, and those FURTHER afield with the INTRUSIVE military 'assistance' of the USA.
http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1059775.html
And I would call that fair.
If Israel is SO KEEN to kill and maim human beings, and reduce to RUBBLE,ALL educational/academic/science/technology centers of OTHER cultures, faiths and nationalities,to keep them inaccessible to EVERYTHING THEY ARE ENTITLED TO HAVE,then:
Why should Israel be able to exchange academic privelege to TELL EVERYONE to remember the nazi holocaust, and the "suffering" of the Jewry etc etc, going back historically,WHEN ITS OWN PRESENT day actions(of OVER sixty years),appear to SUPPORT the methods and policies of the Nazis/Fascists?
Why should OUR children/students be taught to sympathise with NEW NAZIS?
Academically speaking:
"don't try to keep pushing the Nazi holocaust etc down our,or our childrens throats, and expect ABSOLUTE unconditional sympathy(and therefore license to kill)whilst Israel is DOING THE VERY SAME THINGS right now to others".
What's good for the goose,HAS TO BE,good for the gander, otherwise we cede that DOUBLE-STANDARDS and hypocrisy be the norm.
What Israel has been doing to its own neighbours(Palestine/Lebanon) for SIXTY YEARS ++ already(and OBVIOUSLY is,very STUPIDLY,seeking to inflict upon Iran soon)
is NO DIFFERENT to what the Taliban would INFLICT upon the people/students of Afghanistan.
Suppression, oppression, regression and theft of HUMAN FREEDOMS taking them back THOUSANDS of years to SUIT their own selfish ENDS.
Not by FAIR MEANS.
Just FOUL!

Peace,Salaam,Shalom.

Halcyon when you said "bad Muslim...no biscuit!" it took me couple mints to get it and then a real laugh jumped out, also it was funny when you said in other post: "Israel is a chosen nation...Well, it's their religion, what else would it claim? Somebody else is?"
I am glad that I am laughing, I am sure IT'S VERY GOOD FOR THE MIND. Thanks!!!
