The fact that all this is documented is EVIDENCE for PROSECUTION of WAR CRIMES.
I object to the media calling it a "WAR" though. That is NOT ESSENTIALLY correct.
Having fought in a WW2,I know that a war is defined by two or more entities,formally declaring WAR on each other and thereafter practising strategically planned offensives and counter-offensives WITH EQUAL military equipment,sovereign forces and ACCORDING to the Rules and Regulations/Codes of military conduct and engagement.
This was not a "WAR" with Gaza.
It was a DISPROPORTIONATE,UNILATERAL,FULL MILITARY OFFENSE FORCE,instigated by Israel,with the aim of committing a murderous,methodical,slaughter of UNARMED,ENCLOSED,CIVILIANS WITH NOWHERE TO GO AND NOWHERE TO HIDE WITH NOTHING TO DEFEND THEMSELVES.
Plus the use of ILLEGAL WEAPONS,FROM LAND,SEA AND AIR and the delibarate ATTACKS on refugee centers and UNRWA aid stations/schools and hospitals(all war crimes).
