This is a war crime because NO-ONE can tell me that there is AN officially recognised national ARMED/UNIFORMED/MILITARY FORCE in Gaza.
Just civilian guerrillas/freedom fighters,fighting to defend their inalienable human rights,dignity and freedoms.
None of these infrastructure targets even,ARE MILITARY installations,they are ALL CIVILIAN/RESIDENTIAL or CIVIC buildings.
This is against the UN TREATY,which holds this as an International WAR CRIME

Did anyone see Avi Shlaim on Democracy Now - Wed 14 Jan? He's a professor of International Relations at Oxford and also an Iraqi Jew. He stressed that he and most everyone supported Israel as a state in every way, based on its borders prior to '67. After that Israel captured land from three other countries and then began building illegally in these areas. Avi rejects this expanded zionist project subsequent to the aftermath of the '67 war. He added that in this current situation all statistics prove that the cease fire had been working and was not broken by the Palestinians. Many Jews agree with this, and there have been huge protests within Israel itself against the bombing and invasion of Gaza. Jews all over the world are educated and knowledgeable enough to know these actions are evil and wrong, but are simply as powerless to stop the madness as everyone else. This is not a war between Arabs and Jews at all, but between the crude and powerful far right, already embedded in our own government and in Israel's too, against all the rest of us.
