Wouldn't you say that stopping people,with chronic,treatable problems/disabilities from getting universal health care(their human right)and a cure,was AGAINST THE GENEVA CONVENTIONS,AND IS TANTAMOUNT TO TORTURE?

Primarily because the Palestinains are human beings who have an inalienable right NOT TO SUFFER,at the hands of torturers.
And,because it's against the Geneva Conventions to stop these Palestinian civilians being treated,in Egypt,or Gaza,OR EVEN ISRAEL,for treatable,curable diseases,handicaps etc.
