I think this is the best documentary I have seen on New Orleans, post or pre-Katrina, period.

While it focused on the low-life that live there all year round (alcoholics, drug addicts, the mentally ill who choose to live on the street...), the look into their lives was as poignant as would have been anyone else's who was affected by the storm/flood.

Bravo to the filmakers.
