Explore traces the rich history of lifeguarding, going back to the legendary Duke Kahanamoku and Eddie Aikau, in this moving tribute to Hawaii’s "guardians of the sea." The team then jumps to modern day Pipeline, where highly skilled lifeguards protect surfers from the ocean's powerful swells.


The Kokua Hawai’i Foundation was founded by Jack Johnson and his wife Kim, who wanted to share the importance of caring for the planet with Hawaii's youth. Through catchy songs like 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle,' and enabling schools to run field trips, gardening education, and nutrition programs, the foundation is helping to create an environmentally conscious generation.


The spirit of Hawaii comes alive in this film about AccesSurf, an organization dedicated to giving everyone the chance to experience the magnificence of the ocean.
