I have made a contribution and I have a question about my gift We appreciate your support and make every effort to acknowledge it as soon as possible. Generally, we'll mail out your acknowledgement package, including your thank you letter, IRS statement, and any applicable gifts, within one week after we have notice of your donation. During peak periods, such as pledge drives, this may take slightly longer. To ensure that we maximize your donation, we use reduced-rate postage whenever possible so your package may be in transit anywhere from 3-14 days.
