Documentaries(Part 1) Gynecologist Michael Will and his wife Esther, who is a nurse, had no idea what to expect when they decided to move from Germany to the Caribbean island to help the people of Haiti. Since then they've been working in a small hospital in the particularly poor north of the country. They've also been supporting a Dutch doctor and her husband in the fight against cholera, tuberculosis, AIDS and malnutrition.
