A live call-in program in which leading Middle East experts in Beirut and San Francisco take calls from WorldLink TV viewers to discuss Middle East development issues such as hunger, poverty and women's rights, and how to bridge the gulf of misunderstanding that exists between the West and the Middle-East. Beirut panel members include Hassan Krayem, Professor of Political Science, American University of Beirut and Islah Jad, Professor of Political Science at the Institute of Women's and Cultural Studies at Bir Zeit University in Ramallah, Palestinian Authority. They are joined in San Francisco by Dr. Laurence Michalak, Vice Chairman of the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at UC/Berkeley. The program also features an exclusive pre-taped interview with Dr. Hanan Ashrawi, Member of the Palestinian Legislative Council, and Spokesperson for the Arab League.
