Google has become a synonym for surfing the net, with 80 percent of all searches done through this web giant. 

A monopoly with consequences: Google decides which sites the user gets to see and determines which sites appear first and last. The global enterprise has recently become the target of increasing criticism because Google records users' emails, every search item they enter, and it has access to a user's entire hard disk via certain services. The documentary demonstrates the impact of a provider's monopoly and shows that Google has virtually no competition.
