A special Deutsche Welle report on the celebrations marking the re-opening of the "Stari Most," or "Old Bridge" in the Bosnian town of Mostar.  The white marble bridge was blown up during the Bosnian war between the city's Muslims and Croats in 1993 and rebuilt with funds donated by the international community to symbolize reconciliation.
