Link TV presents a series of live reports from the annual World Economic Forum in New York City and the 2nd Annual World Social Forum in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
Hosting the program from the Link studios is Nicole Sawaya, who is joined by Walter Andersen, author of All Connected, a book about globalization. In Porto Alegre, Patrice Barrat, the producer of the documentary Globalization: Violence or Dialogue?, will be joined by Njoke Nejhan of 50 Years is Enough, an organization dedicated to global economic justice. Laura Flanders of Working Assets Radio hosts from New York. Among her guests are Danny Schecter, Executive Director of Media Channel, Jeff Engels, a member of the Inland Boatman's Union, and anti-globalization activist Hillary Macque.
