Célia and Helena are two women in Mozambique. Both are pregnant, and both are HIV positive. The most frequent path of infection among Africans is still from mother to child. However it is possible to lower the risk considerably by taking precautions and proper medications regularly. Célia and Helena intend to do just that. DW-TV watched these two women over several months. How do they live with their condition? How do they get by from day to day? Will their babies be healthy? A portrait of two defiant women and their fighting spirit.
