August 19, 2003, 5:37PM, Baghdad. A wing of the United Nations' headquarters collapsed after an attack. Several people were injured and quite a number died, including the special representative of the UN in Iraq, Sergio Vieira de Mello. Nobody expected the UN and their peace envoys would become the target of a terrorist attack. These were the people who wanted to give Iraq back to the Iraqis. This film presents the background and the investigation, and asks what role the UN can play in international conflicts of this nature.
