Shelter From the Storm is a live concert dedicated to raising funds for those impacted by the devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina. The event will honor of the brave citizens in the devastated areas of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama and pay tribute to the rescue personnel guiding relief efforts in the region. 

Musical performers scheduled to appear include Sheryl Crow, Dixie Chicks, Alicia Keys, Randy Newman, Paul Simon, Rod Stewart and Neil Young.  Celebrity participants include Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz, Ellen DeGeneres, Jack Nicholson, Chris Rock, Ray Romano and Sela Ward.

Viewers will be encouraged to contribute to either the American Red Cross or The Salvation Army’s Hurricane Katrina Relief efforts via the toll-free number: 1-866-4AIDNOW
