A live forum featuring teens from various nationalities, religions and cultures who talk about what's on their minds in the wake of the tragic events of September 11th. The program will bring together students from Washington, DC Metro area schools to talk about what it's like to live in this very diverse region. Whether Sikh, Muslim or Jewish, Pakistani, Afghani or Somali, White, Black or Hispanic, these students will share how they deal with cultural differences, if they are affected by discrimination, and how they believe students and adults can work toward understanding. The students will be joined in-studio by area teachers and counselors, who can provide a framework for positive action. Viewers will have the opportunity to interact with forum participants during the program by e-mailing questions and comments for discussion. A production of MHz Networks.
