PART 1

Arlington West
Arlington West visits the temporary cemeteries erected every Sunday on the beaches of Southern California by the Veterans For Peace as a tribute to fallen US soldiers in Iraq.  The crosses provide an eloquent stage for compelling dialogue with military families, veterans, active duty soldiers and children.  The film allows viewers to witness the poignant conversations, dramatic revelations, silences, personal experience, and share the tears with those who are paying the highest prices for war.  Included in this special broadcast is additional footage about the Pentagon's new military recruitment policies.  For more information about this issue, visit militaryfreeschools .org.
